hang on! ... EOS did a $20M placement in September for this expansion... another so soon? would indicate very poor planning by management. The $15303 product manufacturing and operating cost in the 4C should be inventory for sale in 1Q 18. If that is received in a timely manner then cash position of fine. Also the forecast spend for product manufacturing and operating cost in 1Q 18 is $6 Million. So this is a spike just as they forecast in the communications last year.
