No. As I said XT often indicates simply a share movement. E.g. To rebalance super portfolios between fund X and fund Y within the same investment house. Technically it counts under the "buy" transactions but someone also sold $41 million of WOW. But if a coincidence there.
Ask yourself this - how does the market magically fill a buy order for over $41 million shares (when there are not even that many shares on the sell side), and how could every single one of those $41 million shares magically be provided by the same broker that happens to be "buying" them?
This is not someone sitting off screen making a "buy" of WOW.
