IMO..Until the Co releases news that production level targets are being achieved and productions cost are well down to about the $780/oz the s/price will remain as is at .003c.
This latest announcement in my view is basically creating more debt to pay off already existing old outstanding debts. At the end of the day they are still in big debt....To be paid at a latter time...possibly putting off the inevitable !!!
I personally think that if production and costs levels were in hand then the Co should have been showing cash positive by now.
IMO..Until the Co releases news that production level targets...
