Whilst historical performance is never a great indicator of future performance I think many people will find it hard to look past the fact that the company has consistently failed to deliver to shareholders expectations.
While there is still a considerable gap between revenue and the cost base (see latest half year results), then i think until some sizeable decent contracts are announced that deliver both current and recurring revenue to start closing that gap then the share price will continue to flounder IMO.
