Cannot answer your first question about the last two months, it certainly has not been getting his head around all our assets by the looks of it. Although, he may have done this, and decided that Italy, Tz, and Suriname are not worth focussing on.

When they announced his new position, it was clear that Oz and Uk would be his focus for quite a while. Who knows, he may even sell off a bunch of these assets to raise some cash for Oz & Uk drilling.

I am not against selling off assets providing the cash is used to grow the company. We need some tough and appropriate decisions to be made around the boardroom table to turn around this company, something which was lacking in the past IMO.
