Earlier in the week IM had commented, picked up in the local Kalgoorlie Miner that the lapse of the much vaunted off-take agreement for POS to truck ore to Leinster meant BHP still desperately needs to increase its supply to the Mill to keep it viable.
IM hinted that it too could be a possible option to achieving a venture start up via tolling .
