How long as RXL been exploring? I heard about this stock 4-5 years ago. Ever since, they have pushed a JV all over the place. More drill or JV partner drill results, excite market cap raise then repeat the exercise. Almost 1Bil shares later, they are still doing what they set out to do from day 1. What has changed in all that time?
