A litigation funder who runs a fund of OP money has reviewed the case and decided it was worth the investment.
Have a read of the statements that MMX have made over time and tell me that they have not changed dramatically.
The last statement from MMX says that CHM have no claim to a "substantial" interest in IO assets.
Can you explain what the change of wording implies and what is substantial and what is not.
In todays market investors do not invest in something they do not understand.
