after all this time you just dont get it.
CHM was run by Barnes and Grimaldi at the same time as they controlled mmx.
The whole case is about them mis-using their position in CHM for their and MMX benefit.
If they were acting in CHM best interests they would have made CHM a partner in the deal instead of ripping the cash out through various means.
Take the time to read and understand the recent WA case and then tell me your still not concerned.
