The trade volume is unusual to say the least. Corresponds with AGM forecast and change of Director.
The departing Director only held 720,000 so that doesn't explain where the volume is coming from.
My pick is that it is from Garrett. He didn't increase his investment on the recent rights issue. Maybe Bee was his man on the Board??? Must be a "ceasing to be a substantial holder" notice and /or "change in substantial shareholder" notice soon. I hope the upgrade in forecast tone wasn't spruiking to let someone exit at a good price and cement Hung's influence.?? If it is Garrett exitting, it removes the biggest obstacle to gaining 90% and compulsory acquisition in any takeover offer from Hung. All speculation until we see the change in holder notices. I must have too much time on my hands to indulge in such speculation!
