The economics of the deal are not important.
The government is asleep at the wheel there are so many scams going on in Australia to allow foreign people and governments to buy property here
The politicians have the nerve to stand up on TV and sprout about how they are making tough laws to stop scams when in fact IMHO they are actively assisting people to break the laws
Election coming, think hard about your vote --- IMHO --- neither of the big two political parties work for Australia or Australians
