Hi Gttrain, have you had any luck?? Did you get the email from Jim Byrnes? apart from trying to solicit money to help get you out of this mess he did give quite a good bit of advice as to the process of how to defend yourself.

You are lucky you only have 150k I was being chased for 4 million, but luckily I got myself and 27 other holders units transfered, definately the worst time of all of our lives.
