Hi Walt,

Do you have any specific reasons referring to a possible insolvency?

Also, what is your opinion about the cancelled TCAD contract and the possible litigation by the NSW government to recover their $90m?

My understanding is that based on the TCARD contract, the maximum penalty ERG had to pay for ANY slippages was $10m. Beyond that, I can't see what reasons Mr watkins will use to claim back the $90M.

I would say that ERG has probably a better chance to take the NSW government to courts to recover their/'our' $80M it has invested in the TCARD project.

For the record, I also do not hold ANY ERG shares. I offloaded about 1.5M shares between 9.5 & 10 cents in December and early january. That's 2 weeks before the announcement.
