    Call me contrarian but I am beginning to think  the majority shareholders are looking to get the sp down as low as possible so as to privatize the business.I agree earnings are under pressure and write down of intangibles(prefer if it didn't happen) is nothing new and common practice but I get this feeling that there are other themes at play here.
