    Each to their own, value and price are individual weightings, I believe PGH is not a value offer at the moment. Maybe you are right , good luck . At the present time in my opinion the balance sheet needs some love and care , and my question is the current management good enough.
    Apart from that would have dipped a toe if a dividend was declared. So I am waiting for the next results or update. High debt declining revenue in my opinion not a bargain yet.
