from memory didn't pact assets get originally offloaded because they were troublesome.
visi kept the a grade assets, allowed their sub grade assets to go into pact.
hence why visi still going strong but PGH is not????
I’m calling this the bottom, they screwed the current shareholders by scrapping the dividend which punished the so, however don’t see debt being an issue, it’s hihher than what they like, but not unmanageable. Going forward with the combo of cost savings, new contracts, passing on costs, streamlining the business units/ this will bounce the sp. it’s oversold now and exceptional value st these levels.
