To achieve all what you said you need management to be good. Is the current management good enough and focus enough to achieve those objectives. A turn around play is not easy, on nearly 1 billion turnover they cannot manage a dividend because of ongoing operations , not good!
Awhile to go before there is value, today its more hope than anything else.
