I dont realy care if Lithex succeed or not, it just wasn't for me, but do wish Lithex best of luck(most company jump at listing and then fall back).

I dont support Tay and gang, but change was needed as the 3 amigos weren't doing much for shareholders. I think they were happy to drag things out and keep pickingup their pay.

As to your coment::.inspite of their inability to move the DMA price above list price after 3 years. etc, etc, etc.

All im going to say is Carson, Anderson and Messrs Levy had the "reins in the time"

As to your coment:: I would like to see YOU agree to part pay for the EGM proxy anomaly case, that DMA is defending against Thaler.

WHAT...WHY i didn't agree with the case and challenge against DMA,
But if Thaler loses the case Thaler should pay all costs.
