    Good dodge on the question of why Cath wanted to buy BV and again avoiding the fact they didn't have the money.

    FAR claim COP stonewalled, you are making the assumption FAR are correct. I still have no idea if they did or they didn't provide a compliant notice.

    I do know FAR had the right but chose to "reserve their rights" rather than take control and PE the asset. There is lots of scope to take legal action on COP if the price was different from the price offered to WPL after the fact. The stake could have been secured in the 30 days.

    They didn't PE because they could't pay for it but may have found a legal foothold. Well done if FAR make it stick.
