What FAR asked for was a compliant PE notice.
COP have stonewalled.
I'm no genius but it seems to me if you were to PE with a non complying notice you would leave yourself open to some smart a coming along after the event and saying the process was illegal as the notice was not compliant.
No company or sane person is going to buy anything via a process that is not valid under the terms of a contract.
