SRT did not make 2.9c as a shell... 2.9c was based on anticipation of Fintech announcement... WPI might not have that element so I would expect a run to 6-7c with EV of around 20m before acquisition.. and it might even be a stretch...
It also depends on srt performance, if srt keep performing all estimates might just blow out...
On the risk side, if srt does not do well WPI might see 2.5-2.7c again... fingers crossed it won't happen this way...
