From VTX suspension

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until an announcement is made by the Company regarding the proposed acquisition, which VTX expects to make within the next 48 hours;


Exactly 24 hours later the acquisition was announced. So clearly MW likes a little time buffer to ensure that the acquisition is finalised in the stated suspension period.  I think SRT will announce tomorrow.
