The rich make money by being first in and waiting for the masses to follow. WPI has 200m shares issued. 60% is held by top 10 and 70% op 20. I seriously doubt anyone in the top 10 sold and not too many in the top 20. That just leaves around 70m shares to trade to affect price. With a penny stock company it doesn't take a lot of capital to own a hefty portion. A lot of these will be either DT or ST, looking for a quick buck on the back of emotions. Trend is up, WPI SP moves up quick and hard. Emotion is panic and the opposite happens. If you believe in n management you will ride out these waves and wait until the business takes off. Leave the panic, jubilation an emotions to the DT an ST to play with
