    I don't know if any here have seen the SMH info on the SRT acquisition but it reads like the dilution might only be 10%. This bodes well for WPI as it could mean oly a potential 10% dilution here ie only 335m shares eventually post acquisition!
    A far cry from sheĺls that dilute 400%
