    Couldn't agree more Strauss.

    This all started a long long time ago. Well and truly before MW got involved. IMO MW wouldn't have picked WPI for a backdoor entry play if CHK's legal claims were significant. This is backed up by MW putting such significant funds on the table for WPI and not to mention this has dragged out for 19months now.
