Well it looks like Vanguard were the panicked seller this week to dump the stock, looks like they are finished. Looking at their buy prices and sell prices, thats what I call a bath. Looks like that we should see some price improvement back up to the late teens at least, note though they were only the dumper in the last week, not the seller for the last few months. Thanks for the gift anyway, Vanguard.
