Hi All, I was actually looking to and keen to invest in KEY prior to Nyuni-2 results.
However I just read the Zeta deal, maybe I should have read this thread first and saved myself sometime.
Seriously the dilution....man... and then a 10% free bonus of the new share capital straight to the directors?? am I reading that right?
Certainly I can see why there's a push here for shareholders to vote No.........god other words spring to mind.
