31/12 results due soon and any reasonable person is bound to con clude that they should baring any unforseen event be better that last years 31/12 figures
the hih case is 'ALL OVER' in retrospect thay got out of it cheaply $250,000 plus $75,000 very 6mths until about mid 2007/2008 which is very manageable
