This company is way undervalued on a fundamental basis.
With a stash of gold worth more than its market cap, a shareholding in Tribune resources worth more than its market cap and debts under control, the net asset position is significantly higher than current market cap.
The discount on net assets is even bigger than Tribune's!
With the same directors and the same office address as Tribune, wouldn't it make sense to merge the companies?
