yep WES are doing so well the sp. is off over 10% since recent highs, not so far for WOW and the likelihood of a WES turnaround given their sector dominance in hardware ? WOW can even the playing field certainly my recent visit to Woolies for a salad for tea on the move showed a very impressive store at Richmond New South Wales, as for Bunnings I am a committed fan but it is clear they deal with exclusive lines and are a retail warehouse some things are very reasonable others are exclusive lines, Masters appears to be an American style concept whose market is already largely filled by existing players in Australia still dont find Masters in any way impressive even with so called closing down prices
but the strategy will certainly help the balance sheet so as a shareholder i cannot complain
