Our CEO (Mr Chua) previously ran New Image. Their sales last year were $131 million and a profit of $12 million.
The BXN business model would make $25 million profit on similar sales to New Image.
No wonder Mr Chua has started his own business through BXN. All the sales people will want to join up with Mr Chua bringing a large percentage of the $131 million sales with them.
Its no wonder New Image is making baseless claims against Mr Chua and BXN.
