WOW -Cornerstone adds to position in SOLG

Overnight CGP swapped another 141 mill Shares with named associates (already substantial holders in CGP) to gain another 92 Mill SOLG shares ( See CGP announcement )

CGP will when the deal is completed own 11.25% of SOLG and have an economic interest directly and indirectly in Cascabel of 25%.

This is big news for CGP and has caused big discussions overnight on the SOLG AIM blog.

Again there is plenty of mention of players positioning themselves for an offer from a major.


Certainly appears to have rattled a lot of cages on the AIM worth the read if you go to the site.
