You really, really have to take a very good look at where a particular product originates from, check the active ingredient of the product, check whether or not the product actually fits the bill for the purpose that it was designed for.
Retail is a very harsh competitive business, we are quite happy to bash the major two companies who have provided a very good service over the past 100 years or so only to have a company(Aldi) that serves sub standard products....apart from the few ...with little or no service. At least when I go to a Woolies store with an enquiry then I am able to approach someone who will give me assistance
