As for capex one thing for sure is that cobalt sulphide deposits are materially less costly to mine than laterite and this is for example reflected in the m/c of COB vs ARL relative to size of Co resource. I agree iceberg at 38c was a ploy to draw out selling and it worked - as soon as assays are obtained and further continuity in drilling results is obtained SP will look after itself and if RF fo want a to let go of some - I have no doubt they'll be met with open arms...
