Also Id soften the look of them a bit, so they had doors and windows,
Im guessing that I could get these built for under 80 grand, and they could be worth 100 grand to the right buyers.
Obviously making 10 of them would bring the costs down a bit. But considering Australia Buys 1.2 million new cars a year, with half of them an SUV of some kind. My guess is 1% of those 4x4 buyers could be wanting something with higher clearence and an LS3 V8 in it.
Also the 75 series landcruiser only comes in Diesel manual, wheras many people would prefer an auto and the LS3 V8 is the benchmark motor for power in a light weight Aluminium block.
Also many 4x4 forums say if only someone made a 4x4 with Nisson patrol Diffs and an LS3 V8, because that seems to be strongest for an offroader. AllIm considering is getting this all made with new parts.

I do believe that there would be a market for a 4X4 based on the old Landrover
There were millions of these sold throughout the world
IE : There is a market for a working style 4x4, a vehicle that can be repaired in the farm workshop, that doesn't cost a tattslotto win to purchase, a vehicle that if I go into the bush I am not worried about getting a scratch on the immaculate paint job.
In other words a working no nonsense 4x4
