    wine collector-the short answer-no,dyor,using the drp calculation price after 2.5% discount current return 3.68% for the quarter,register is mainly funds, and well it has a future,a good future all things being equal.

    of course being a trust under i think apra rules it must pay around 75-80% of book profit to shareholders,the current dividend was an underwritten issue,which for some rings alarm bells ,my view is that it represents the most efficient method to utilise capital,and i believe the nta is significantly higher than the current sp,if i didnt have this belief i simply wouldnt own the ,for me anyway,the voluminous quantity of mof.and the last little bit,once they have exited o/s interests i believe the nta with the debt peeled off ,will still be significantly above the current sp,they are just my views on mof
