Assuming trial success, there will come a time when the value will come through and the market will notice ftt.
If it's when the results are announced, the following good press, the broker upgrades, a "next biotech" write up, a deal or takeover or when sales and royalties start getting paid I've no idea.
But one day the market will spot ftt.
Until then my shares are stored away in my sock draw.
