I have to give you ten out of ten for resilience. David Breeze gave you an 80% chance of success on the PEP 11 Duster.

If 80% good 20% bad (PEP 11) and Bonaparte is less risky, then it has to be a certainty your going to hit pay dirt this time. Please open your mind and try and think straight I implore you. At least please realize if the less risky and note he now adds risk to PEP 11 (his words) Bonaparte fails you are going to have to have to take a long and hard look at continuing to feed this commensurate (I will use the word person out of politeness.)

Man you and the other faithful share holders of this group deserve better treatment I wish I had met you all many years ago when I was looking for capital to build a legitimate company.
