(moo) has had a rather difficult time over the past 12months. nothing much has happened in the way of progress.
hence it's fallen off radar with a lot of investors.
perhaps it might be just waking up again, BFS should be out in the near future.
company seems pretty positive in the recent announcement that they'll commence production early 2006.
plenty of work still before that happens, and as we know you can get unexpected holdups.
have you seen previous brokers report, whilst it's nearly 12mths old it still well worth a read..

i might look at a small accumulation over the next few weeks, just hold a few for any upside.
perhaps as well look at the options they have with spp.
the way things look at present, can't see it slipping back below 4cents just for the time being.

The article was interesting for MOO but as they appear to have to raise some moneys I guess, in my opinion, it will be better to buy the shares ( & probably even better the new opts - exer @ 5c ) after the finances have been sorted out
