re: the sell off prior to driling I suspect that the stock may consolidate in 60-70 price range prior to spud but as spud draws near ( ie 6 weeks) people who want to get onboard will need to pay up. Not alot of stock around and the upside on find is serious stuff. I suspect that some sellers of HDR may also switch their money into this baby.
On negative side POO and stock market gyrations ( speculative end can get hit hard)
