    StockAnalysis gives this a spec buy..

    ""Global Petroleum represents a reasonable speculative buy ahead of drilling on its offshore Kenyan permits later this year.""

    ""Discovery of 600 mmbls would be worth about $4/share for Global and about $1.70 per share for Woodside."""

    first drilling due October..still some time ..

    think i'll buy a few in the next couple of weeks.
