Having seen this company "promoted" by posters I have done some prelim. research the past couple of days.
This company appears to be a good value proposition in my view. Sales and soon to be CFP for a small company such as this is great. The comments surrounding the lack of promotion that may or may not have affected its growth have validity but are not unusual for small companies. I see a couple of key inflection points have already occurred.
1. The founder and developer has gone, but in a cordial and civilized manner. this suggests to me that he has seen the light and realizes that the Company needs taken forward by more experienced players for the period of growth the company is now going through. Too many founders stick around too long and end up sinking their companies. A company requires different skill sets at differing points in their lifecycle and this change is positive.
2. Appointment of PAC and East Coast business development ( and overseas). As much as we love WA, we have to face facts that in Australia, the majority of people live and work over east. A focus of business development in the east coast should grow sales and revenues faster and leverage off customer experiences and success in the west.
In short, I will be dipping my toe in the water shortly ( hopefully no sharks !)
