Hope you are right Johno but here is my concern;

469M on issue
350M performance shares to management/bd (represents OVER 40% of stock on issue today - not bad if you can get it!).

Further capital will be required soon. Dillution will be considerable (as increase in sp unlikely prior to first drilling but capital may well be required before then). We will quickly surpass the 1B on issue mark...very hard to get some leverage at those numbers unless you have BHP like assets.

Hope I am wrong and this thing flies through 6 c and beyond but fail to see how that would happen in the short to medium term.

Am I missing something?
