Why lots of capital is it for the extra equipment needed to frac- please explan hollywood?

I cant see the actual drilling being expensive as they have access to a rig for about $250k a month from memory not incuiding crew cost.

These guys are about 6km from a decent sized city and there is a gas line about 3kms away so the infrastructure is there IMHO.
