Environmental issues is going to be the problem with the project.
I did a assignment on rio project I remember reading something about ground water problem.
Dint know if it was the environment impact statement
I think coal prices were low at the time which made it uneconomical
It's a different story this time.
Rio would be the pefect to takeover company
Project right next door. I don't see that happening anytime soon
I think rio would wait till studies are completed.

Locals and Councilors are just upbeat with the project.
