    3 day rule.
    if today closes on 17.5 ( as open ) then this is doji, bulls and bears in agreeance with price and we should see a trend change to UP movement.

    right now sellers have died down, they're not quick to sell .
    volume is extremely low compared to yesterday sell down

    sellers have been draiinneed..

    people who've just bought , hold and wait for upmove. then sell lol
