I think given the VWAP any takeover offer could get away with at least an initial price of 30c. Sure, the technology is worth far more but what's a reasonable rate of return? People who bought anywhere up to 20c would be happy with that.

It's been independent on the ASX since April 2004, what makes you think a takeover is coming now? Maybe once products start rolling out and the technology is proven to sell on the market. Which hopefully won't be too far away.

However if/when the company is in this position, I'm sure shareholders will see the revenues coming in and realise the true value, and not sell for anything less than that. Putting a dollar figure on this is impossible imo.

Recent buying volumes suggest accumulation, possibly by a bigger company hoping to gain a significant interest. If it keeps up for a few weeks we will know.

The AGM will reveal much of directors confidence and where the company is heading. Can't wait till friday.
