And let's not forget the 333d shareholders, I am sure they would like to have their investment strengthened by a sound agreement and not weakened by another broken agreement.
Let's not forget that the agreement between 333d and 3dm was a continuation of the same agreement that 3dg/3di had with 3dm. That agreement is over 12 months old.
