Vendor commissioning means that 3DM have access to the printer for all their work installed at their Melbourne warehouse and pay the supplier of the printer a fee for use as I read it,this could be temporary while they either purchase it outright or pay it off gradually.
So in other words at the moment they hire it to do the printing,which means they have a few printers now for various applications,both metallic and plastics.
