For those of us who have held for a long time, our average price is way above current levels so the prospect of selling at current levels is not attractive.
Having said this, the stock is not immune to movements in line with the ASX, particularly on down days like today. However, as False 9 has stated, there are a number of projects in the offer (not just one biggie) and it will only take 1 to trigger broader speculative interest.
My feeling is that those with a substantial holding won't begin to sell until the price is restored to a more reasonable level (most placement activity over the past 5 years has occurred in the 3c to 3.5c range), so there should be little short term risk of a long term holder exiting (apart from the BIG ONE, the BIG Oz) who's now exited in full.
I'll be very surprised if I'm proven wrong on this call.
